These Terms of Service define the conditions for using all features and content provided by Kamiori-Studio (the “Service”). Users must agree to these terms before using the Service.

A user account is created when an applicant completes the registration process designated by the Service and the Service approves the application.

Users must provide accurate information and must not submit false information, impersonate others, or make misleading registrations.

After registration, users may access member-only features such as restricted content viewing and purchase-related functions.

Pricing, purchase conditions, and payment methods for paid content are governed by the information shown on each purchase screen.

Users must not engage in any conduct that violates laws or public order, interferes with Service operations, or infringes the rights or interests of others.

Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell Service content beyond the scope explicitly permitted by the Service.

All copyrights and other rights related to text, images, videos, designs, and all other content on the Service belong to the Service or the legitimate rights holders.

The Service strives to provide accurate and useful information, but does not guarantee accuracy, usefulness, or completeness.

The Service is not liable for damages related to use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Service.

The Service may change, suspend, or terminate part or all of its features without prior notice to users.

The Service may revise these Terms when necessary. Revised Terms become effective when posted on the Service.
